Does your toddler struggle to separate from you? Is he often tearful and scared? Does she end up in your bed at night because she is afraid of the dark and the monsters under her bed? This class will focus on identifying the signs of anxiety and helping your child relax in a variety of settings (home, school and daycare). Options for additional help will also be discussed.
